Great Clips

I went in because I did a screw up on my hair. I was very light hearted about it and was laughing at myself for being so stupid. My stylist was the most rude person I have ever had. She was extremely insulting and had a stuck up attitude that made me feel like I was 1 inch tall. I just needed my hair evened out and layers added. I had no issues with cutting it short or anything, I was friendly and told her I trusted her to do what ever was needed to my hair. There was NO excuse for her to insult me and be so rude. I will NEVER return here or any Great Clips ever again. This visit made me never want to go to a hair salon again. I went home and cried because her words made me feel so ugly.

None of the stylists were wearing masks or even had one. They are nonchalant about exposing their customers to disease and causing hospitalization. I left and won't be coming back.

Lady cutting hair was excessively nosey and did a sub par job. Door was propped open and I was sweating. Ridiculous. Service: Haircut

Sad that my regular location at 82nd St. And Allisonville Rd. Was closed. But went to the Broad Ripple location and got my hair cut . The lady that cut my hair was very short sweet and to the point. Just the way I like it.
