Great Clips

Took my little boy's to get their haircut, They usually fight tooth and nail. But not this time. Thank you ladies for making feel comfortable..

Ive used Great Clips for decades and mostly gotten good haircuts but my last experience was horrendous. I was given the worst haircut of my life. It took less than five minutes. She basically just chopped it off and was done. She didnt even check to see if she had missed anything or if was even. I seriously doubt that I will be returning to Great Clips. I realize businesses are having trouble getting enough help but some standards should be maintained. Service: Haircut

I was treated rudely by the stylist in the second chair on the left. She immediately criticized my hair and threw her hands up when I asked her why she was so critical. She also went off on me because I forgot to check in on the app. If it wasn't for how great Jazmine is, I would never go back there.

I asked to have the sides of my head faded into something called a bald taper, which is where you leave the sides of the head to stick near the top and then feed into that and ended up with one of the worst haircut Ive ever had in my life. I had long curly hair that Ive kept for two years and had to shave my head short all the way around. Extremely disappointed, do not go in there for a fade, it wont get done right. Service: Haircut
