Mr. Rabbit was great with carpet replacement. I guess we were not spending enough $$$$$$ with another employee to provide a quote on a kitchen remodeling. Not even a "No Thank You". Edit; Not aware that a second person was contacted. Funny, the carpet purchase and installation had no problems with my contact information. But, on a kitchen upgrade, the same info was not correct? I went to the business in person and indicated I had not received a quote and if I had missed it, please resend. Weeks later a person seemed to find our home phone number after I posted a review. Pretty sure not having my business will not hurt anyone.

We had our master bath completely remodeled by Drexel. After the project was completed I realized that I had about 5 very nice necklaces missing (one was a long gold Tiffany with a small pendant). Honestly did not know it until after everything was done & I had signed off on the job. I know I should have reported it sooner but I honestly wondered if I had left my necklace somewhere by mistake & thought it would show up later. Then I realized that one by one I could not find the ones I wanted to wear. I know there is nothing I can do at this point but I want to warn others not to trust contractors in your home & dont make the same mistake I did by trusting strangers in your home. I know it was the painters or the tile guys that took them. Also, they did a sloppy job of painting & they got grout in places on my new tile floor that I cannot get off now. The cabinets are very cheaply made & they had to get s replacement cabinet due to a big scratch on the very front panel of one. I expected much better quality with Drexel. So disappointed.
