        PEOPEL BEWARE! This company is a scam our interest rate is 30%, oh and if you need a deferment dont do it!!! They charge so you much that apparently nothing goes towards the principle of the loan. We have had our loan since 2019 and its still not paid off bc we own so much interest. So when and if you go through them please make sure you read the fine print.. just remember these companies are out to make money.

        One Main gave me the unexpected loan I needed with just a phone call. They have always approved me for loans when I needed them. I will continue to use OneMain Financial in situations where I need unexpected cash. Thank You!

        Applied for a loan due to being pre-qualified. The SECOND I hit submit online I received a phone call and, when I didn't answer, a text from this location. I then received multiple emails within the next 24hrs telling me to call the location, which I did on my lunch. I completed the questionnaire with Jasmine and she told me I qualified for a loan, but needed to come in to the branch to finish things up. I was going to have to take off work early to do this, but was told they would call me back to let me know what all was needed and what my loan details were. Never called me back. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a message the second time. Still no call back. I decided to call a different location, they ALSO didn't answer and never called me back. I sent an email asking for a follow up call two mornings after I spoke with Jasmine, never heard back. It's now been over a week and I've not heard a single thing from anyone in this company. Not exactly reassuring when I was trying to get a loan from them. They can't even be bothered to call me back? Definitely would not recommend.
