Wayne Twp Small Claims Court

Whole place is a joke! Full of unhelpful, lazy, unprofessional clerks who don't want to do their jobs! The supervisor always has a nasty attitude, and the clerks are lazy. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told she was on Lunch after I had just spoken to her and was waiting on hold 2mins prior. When I called back they told me to call back with a case number when they are the ones who assign the case numbers where else would I get my case number if I do not have it!?

This place is horrible and whoever is working the from desk is lazy and need to be fired they are literally sitting there not answering the phone when they are suppose to be helping the public Ive also sent emails I would like information on how to file a complaint against this office its no way Ive been calling for a hour straight and Im not getting an answer Im needing to see if the judge received my request the lady told me yesterday I had to send a email so I guess they dont have a fax number these people are rude and lazy how can u sit there and just let the phone ring she needs to be fired or at least investigated because this is ridiculous. Ive called ten times still no answers I would like information on how to file a complaint!

The judge is fair and just. The security are nice, but the secretaries are not helpful. And just seem lazy.
