        New west side location. Excellent MRI at an affordable cost. I also have a high deductible health care plan. The prices are super transparent and very affordable, Scheduling was easy, and the staff was kind, especially as I was weak and in pain. Reports were quick and films easy to access. I will be referring folks to this site in the future. Thanks Affordable MRI!

        I am still crying, after procrastinating for 2 years, I was able to take the time and to save the money to do my MRI because of brain tumor I got on 2017. My appointment was at 2:00 today because of work I didn't get there 30 minutes before I got there at 1:55 the front desk lady was able to fight with me back and forward for 10+ min telling me that I was too late, and we uave to reschedule not even caring about my story, I was telling her I couldn't take any other day off of my work actually I did work and drove an hour to get there, that's why I couldn't be there early. But at the same time she mentioned someone took my place already and my appointment was for 50 minutes I asked her to reschedule later today and she was as rude as she can be she said she was in charge and that there was nothing I could do that I can go somewhere else or reschedule there. Im extremely Sad Right now

        5 stars from comfort and dedication from Adam who performed my scans. To the ladies at the front desk who are polite and will help with any questions. I would recommend my family and friends. Results to your doctor is a quick turnaround time. Mine were within 24 hours! Impressive for the price! Thank you Affordable MRI!

        Poor customer service . Asked Gina Walters if I could talk to a supervisor. She told me feel free to talk to me, Im the manager When people are trying to schedule medical tests, they likely appreciate some effort from the provider. That wont happen here. If you have a choice where to go, this shouldnt be it

      Mrs. Ware,I am the HealthCare manager and yes, there is no one higher for you to speak with here. I tried to call you but the phone number you supplied wasn’t correct in our system. We didn’t have your MRI order and ask you to forward the order to our email. You chose not to send it to us, even though we graciously scheduled you without having the actual order in hand. We have now decided to change our policy to only schedule when order has been received. Based on your unavailability during work hours, we did send your physician a referral and we called the Nurse and left a message to send the order asap. I emailed you and asked you to call our facility multiple times. I cannot help you, nor could I understand your frustration unless speaking with you directly. You instead decided to send us many unprofessional emails and give us a bad review. We spoke with your doctor’s office eventually and found the order wasn’t even for a procedure we perform here at our location. Thank you for the review. We appreciate your feedback and will now adjust our policy to not allow anyone to schedule their exam before the order is in hand. As you can see the importance of having the order prior to scheduling the exam. However, most patients are their own advocates and want to expedite or facilitate turnaround time for scheduling their procedures, to get to the end result. They kindly call, schedule and send us the order asap. Gina Walters
