We recently completed a successful home purchase with Phil's help. Our search started remotely when our house sold quickly and we needed to make a quick purchase from 1000 miles away. Phil worked tirelessly to provide purchase options remotely. He listened to our wishes and needs showing us options via facetime to help us narrow our search.
