Nice place, delicious food and a quiet atmosphere

I had a hard time finishing this large meal, but I did it. I order something different each time, and it is consistently tasty with generous portions! Good pineapple agua fresca and tortilla chips also. Next time (maybe) I'll try ordering in Spanish, agree to the gentleman offering a guitar serenade, and take half of the meal home. They do have some wait staff that speak English, to help with ordering, as the extensive menu has photos but lacks English descriptions. Attractively furnished, with a lot of seating in two rooms, (and popular for carry out). (Deducted one star for TVs, as I'm not a fan of that feature in a restaurant. Note- there is another restaurant also named El Maguey nearby, which sort of confused a friend who met me for dinner.)

I had the chicken fajitas.Big portions,great taste,excellent service.Will definitely go back and try something else.
