        Rhino Shield does not care about the consumer at all and will even argue with you about everything and deny everything. The only reason I gave them a one star is because you must for the review. I do not usually give negative reviews, but this time I feel that people need to know about this company. First outside of Yelp and Google you really cannot find any reviews on this company. So that should have been a large red flag for me, but it wasn't. We unfortunately, signed a contact and gave Rhino Shield a down payment. Once the salesperson leaves, nothing that she said is worth the paper it was written on. So sad for the consumers. Every employee at Rhino Shield is rude, condescending, obnoxious, and liars. They deny everything and do not take responsibility for anything. They even threw their sub-contractor under the bus. I did get in touch with BBB, but they could not help. Please save your hard-earned money and do not use Rhino Shield, it is not what they say it is.

        We were very impressed with the whole process. Juan and his crew were incredibly hard-working, detail-oriented and very professional. Our house looks brand new, even though it was built in 1883! We would highly recommend Rhino Shield and Juans crew.

      BBB could not help because I provided the documentation to show that I was not one lying. I did not throw anyone under the bus. A contractor gave you a quote for wood replacement and you did not like how he went about it. That had nothing to do with Rhino Shield. You were told many times that Rhino Shield does not do wood replacement and you could get as many estimates as you please and use who you want to use, then we would coat your house following the repairs. The original complaint was because of lack of communication. Once documents were provided that you were contacted multiple times with no answer and not returning our calls you changed your complaint. Now you are upset with Rhino Shield based off what a separate did/didn't do. We are just trying to do what you signed a contract with Rhino Shield to do and that is coat your house. If anyone wants to call the office at 317-578-7490 I would be more than happy to give the exact details on this situation.
