Trader's Point KinderCare is a remarkable childcare center that has left a lasting positive impression on both my child and me. The staff at this facility are not only extremely friendly but also exude a genuine love and care for the children under their charge. The attention and support they provide to both the children and their families create an inviting and nurturing environment that is truly exceptional. I have been thoroughly impressed with the director, Charmel, and her incredible team. Their dedication and passion for their work is evident in the way they interact with the children and families. It's heartwarming to see my child light up with joy when she sees her caring teachers, which speaks volumes about the positive impact they have on her. The use of an app for daily check-ins and updates on my child's activities is a fantastic feature that provides me with peace of mind throughout the day. It's reassuring to receive real-time updates and insights into my child's experiences at the center. I am immensely grateful for Trader's Point KinderCare for being a vital part of my child's village. The love, care, and attention they provide have made a significant difference in my child's life, and I wholeheartedly appreciate the dedication of the staff and the leadership of the director, Charmel. 1000% recommend this location! The space is incredible for indoor and outdoor activities. The staff is next level! They have a curriculum designed for all different age types to help with development and milestones. They are fantastic about communication and truly care.

Our son has been attending Kindercare Traders Point for a year, and we are so thankful to Charmel and all the teachers. Our son is well taken care of in an environment that is loving, safe, and supports parents well. When we first moved back to Indy we struggled to find childcare despite being on a waiting list for several months. We initially signed up for Traders Point because it had just opened up, it was a nice facility and had availability. The downfall is that it is a bit of a drive (15-20 minutes) from our home. Throughout the last year, spots at other facilities have come available that would have much shorter commutes, but we have declined the spots because we have been so happy at Trader's Point. We honestly can't imagine moving our son until he is ready for Kindergarten. We have a much older child, and have had many experiences in childcare as two working parents. Trader's Point Kindercare is the best ran, and staffed childcare option we have ever experienced in our 13 years of parenthood. We truly feel fortunate for the staff at Trader's Point. We hope they know how much their work means to us, as parents.

I cant say enough good things about Kindercare Traders Point. Our infant son attended for one year. His teachers Ms. LaKeya and Ms. Tyeisha were great (our son loved them). There were always fun activities planned. They updated us regularly throughout the day via the app with his feeding/diaper schedule and cute pictures. The director, Charmel is very organized and was always super quick to respond to anything. You can clearly tell she has a passion for working with children. The facility is lovely and always clean. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for childcare.
