I have lived here for 11 months and all last summer our AC went out causing us to call maintenance on average every 2 weeks where they bandaid fixed it. Fast forward to turning our AC on again this time, guess what doesnt work. Management and maintenance has been poorly responsive and still continue to bandaid fix the problem rather than fixing the root cause.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I'm a current resident, and my experience has not been good. I could give a running list of all the things wrong with this place, but the major one is there's STILL WATER in the pipes causing an unbearable stench. After countless maintenance requests about the horrible smell, they finally shared that it's the building's water flow issue, resulting in stagnant water in the pipes and foul odors from our drains. Their fix? Pouring chemicals down the drains and the OPEN HOLE in our laundry room floor (see attached photo). Despite contacting management TWICE, we've received no reply. You'd think health concerns like potential mold, respiratory issues, and the constant need for chemical masking would be a priority. Save yourself the misery and find somewhere else to live. This place is far from luxurious.

I lived here for over a year. The halls always smell bad and they rarely get cleaned. While the front office is nice, they did nothing to quell the rampant stealing of packages not only left in lobbies but also in the locked mail room. I had a $300 package stolen 20 minutes after delivery to the "secure" mail room, and when I attempted to get footage from the camera they told me that the cameras aren't running. To date I've had 4 amazon packages stolen. If you decide to live here, have packages delivered remotely.
