        I often shop at Linwood Square in Indy, a small strip mall owned by SiteHawk. There's a HUGE, tire eating pothole on their entrance to the property from 10th St., which is THEIR responsibility to fix, not the city's responsibility, since it's not on the street but on their property. This company can afford a headquarters in a pricey and desirable area of town (Keystone at the Crossing) but won't come up relatively minor amount to pay a private contractor to repair a crater in a strip mall they own in a less well off side of town. Why am I not surprised?
