Which leads me to my hot tip: If Jose suggests you use a certain product or that you take a certain strategy, trust him. Learn from me! I trusted him on certain things (my new roof with his recommended shingle looks fabulous) and didn't on other things (siding) and I wish I had! Jose has the patience to explain things to you so that you understand what the options are and how things will be done so that you are comfortable. Trust me, I'm so happy he's still working with me after all my questions. Also, his team is also top notch. During a whole home residing project, we discovered issues that needed to be immediately corrected. It was a shock to us all, but I was so thankful that his team did exactly what needed to be done to fix the situation and didn't just side over the problem. I've been watching the team work, and they really do what is necessary, not necessarily what is the fastest. I'm really impressed with Jose and his team. He's a younger contractor, but he's the type of contractor you want working on your home. I think he's secretly building a large family of customers who will call on him for projects again and again.
