Universal worked hard with my insurance company to ensure the repairs met high standards of safety. My roof and the siding on entire side of house was replaced. I could not be happier with results. Had leak over a year ago. It was not discovered at the time. Had them come out twice this year for same issue. First time they couldnt find again and second time they completed a water test and found a leak and completed a repair. Offered to repair drywall, in another area due to siding issue unrelated to roof, which I am thankful for, and they also painted areas with water spots for free. The paint was a different brand and therefore color (even though it was the same color name). Gary Boggs, Director of Sales, called to address the mismatched paint by the contractors and had it replaced for free.
