        The only downfall of Public storage is the rental increases I have experienced. It seems like every other month my rental fees go up, but this facility is keep neat and clean and there have been no other problems.

        This place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I came to get things out of my unit one night and as I went to leave the gates were locked so I got stuck there for about 30 minutes. After someone let me out they turned off my access to my unit. Its been 10 days since and I havent been able to get a real person to speak to me until today. They told me Ill be evicted for loitering when I was just stuck because the gate was locked. They also accused me of committing a burglary and said thats why my access has been revoked. This place is an absolute disgrace. I will never let anyone I know get a unit here. They dont even have a physical staff anymore its all online kiosks that cant help.
