        They didn’t email me documents for my storage unit until the day I go there to sign, they changed my storage unit to “a better one” because of cameras being there, the leasing agent was very foul mouthed, and oh there is a homeless woman sleeping and staying in the unit right next to mine. That must be the extra security camera. Had I not already paid for my unit I would keep looking for something elsewhere. Be advised to NOT rent a unit from them.

        Clearly someone tried to break in my husband's unit and no one notified him about it. No one did anything about it. They haven't even tried to replace or fix the lock's that's on it.
