Corbin and his crew were simply AMAZING when they worked on my parents flooded kitchen that spilled into the living room. Brian Granger with Restorex came in to my home after another restoration company had left our house trashed and quite literally picked up the pieces and fixed our house back to even better than before! We had a pipe break last Christmas Eve that flooded our main floor and basement. We were devastated to say the least. As a young couple with a 6 month old baby, we had no idea how to navigate the situation and got taken advantage of by the first company. Brian fought tooth and nail with our insurance company to get everything covered and was so patient in every step along the way. We cannot speak highly enough of Corbin and his team at Restorex. After coming home to water leak after being out of the country, we got in touch with Corbin to get assessment of what might be necessary to address it. He carefully and thoughtfully walked us through our options and let us think through pros and cons of how aggressive to be. He treated the mold that had grown and then quickly helped with the dry out. Based on his expertise about likelihood of fully drying out given the particular structure of our floor, we ultimately decided to replace the kitchen floor. He was there for every step of the way, recommending potential contractors, giving us more clarity on the insurance process than the insurance company was providing, and making sure every detail was up to spec through a 6 month plus process. He's trustworthy, kind, and thorough and we are so grateful for the work he and his company have done. In the case you end up with water damage that you wish that you didn't have, this should be your company, without a doubt.

I highly recommend Restorex and Corbin for all of your needs! My whole house flooded during a major freeze that also hit countless others. Struggling to get any other companies to even call me back, Restorex not only answered my call, but they were able to get someone out to inspect my problem within the next day or two. Their crews were all very courteous, professional, and respectful of my property while they helped put things back together. My insurance company was far from helpful throughout this process, but Corbin was incredibly helpful in making sure that my house got put back together as if it had never flooded.
