If you use this company be sure to be there. We are out of state and our home had major water damage,this company was there less than 3 hours, vacuum up what was easy to get to, told insurance job was completed and were paid full amount of the job, what a nightmare, we finally was able to get insurance to repay to get it done right!!@

Rainbow International is the best! Their work was excellent and their customer service was phenomenal. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to add this one because they definitely went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient while we worked with my insurance company and their communications were always professional and timely! They saved my basement! I will definitely be passing their information on to anyone I know who is dealing with water mitigation!

Great customer service. He arrived on time and our carpet looks 100% better. We had one really bad spot at the bottom of the stairs and he completely cleaned up that spot. Definitely recommend. Service: Carpet cleaning

Terrible communication and customer service. Hired by my homeowners insurance (Progressive) and they sent a guy out by himself after 5:00pm and then told me he couldn't do some of the investigation in the crawl space because it's against OSHA. then bring someone else with you or reschedule.Waited all day Friday, no cal, no show until I called them at 3:30pm. They told me the technician would call me back. Finally called me at 5:10pm and I did not answer. They show up unannounced on a Friday night at 5:35pm and I told them I will request a new service Monday from someone who shows up.Do not use this company if you want anything done in a timely manner with good customer service and timely appointments.
