        We have been working with Elite for a decade and have no plans to stop! Such a professional team with a quick response time. What is most important is their level of care. When dealing with a recent fire they made sure all residents were 100% satisfied before signing off on the job. Great company top to bottom!

        Absolutely wonderful working with Elite! We found a sewage pipe disconnected in our crawl space and got into contact with Chastene from Elite Remediation and she was able to get us taken care of right away. They came first thing in the morning and got our home back in working order within a few days. We had exceptional service from start to finish, and they truly are ELITE!!

        Elite was great when it came to helping us with our flooded basement. Lamine kicked off the process with an assessment of the basement. Then put me in contact with Justin who helped me navigate the insurance process, which was very helpful. Most the of the time navigating the insurance process is the hardest part of basement flooding so having Justin was great. Lamine coordinated his guys incredibly efficiently to get the basement job done in a few weeks. Communication was on point. They flexed their schedule to meet mine. Would highly recommend anyone needing this type of service to call them FIRST.
