Walcott Jeffersonville Apartments

This review is for the one and only - Property Manager Allison. I am moving from Chicago. I called a few places and Allison was the first to respond, the most caring associate, and the most patient person to walk me through the virtual apartment tour. She was kind and professional, especially after knowing she started about a month ago as a Manager. There are 2 members of the leasing office and Allison, as a Manager, is doing everything above and beyond from communication to action. The apartment owner(s) should truly feel grateful for hiring such a great person. Please treat her right and get her the help that she ever needs. I did not find her team member very helpful because Allison seemed to do all of the tasks that should be delegated to people under her supervision. When I received the keys from the member, I did not find the person very thorough and helpful, but Allison stepped in and it was delightful and easy to understand. I truly think she should have more staff that help her. The apartment looks beautiful and is located in such a great area with a lot of amenities. Overall, I am happy that it worked out, thanks to the amazing Property Manager - Allison! Thank you!

The facilities and amenities are nice, as well as the management team. My one glaring issue is the noise. Timber construction in a new building had to be the worst idea. I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor is doing. I am struggling to find peace in my own apartment with how loud this person is. Ive brought my concerns to management but only so much they can do.

Great place to live and its also located in a beautiful area right near the Ohio river, big 4 station park and Louisville.
