Wow, I couldnt have asked for a better group of ladies, especially Abby Elliot! Im even impressed with the cost of what I needed! They handled my mom with such care and respect! They did everything I requested the way I wanted and the way my mom told me she wanted. The loss of my mom is insurmountable but I know shes watching from above and I will see her again one day! my mother passed away at 2:00am. my friend recommended magnolia cremation services. when i called i spoke with mike. what a wonderful person. he explained everything to me and was the one who came to pick up my mom. The next day i was contacted by Abby! again a wonderful person who really made things so easy. she went out of her way to answer every question i had. i could not have found anyone better!  they were $500+ less than the other places i called!  i cant recommend magnolia cremation enough.

I had my dad cremated here in November of 2020 and in the paperwork I said that I wanted to view his body, as I had not seen my dad at any point after his death. I guess they overlooked the paperwork and he was cremated without me being able to say goodbye/be a cremation witness. It still makes me incredibly sad that I did not get to say goodbye. I didnt say anything when they called me to pick up the ashes because honestly, it was traumatizing and being extremely young and on my own made it difficult to speak up. They were very professional, hence the 2 stars, but Im afraid of this happening to another person and wouldnt recommend if youre hoping to view your loved ones body.

It isn't really ever an enjoyable thing when you have to pick a crematorium, but these folks were the best. We had a pretty horrible experience with a different "affordable" business a few years back that made the situation go from sad to mad over five weeks. Magnolia Cremations let us do everything online, they were very upfront about their costs and prices and were very prompt (less than 5 business days). By far the best crematory experience I have ever had. Very professional staff and handy location. (Parking in back...)
