I visited Nu-Yale to get a small mud stain out of a couch cover. When I dropped it off they advised me that there would be NO PROBLEM getting the stain out. They had me sign a disclosure due to the material of the couch cover, in case they damaged it during the cleaning. When I picked it up the first time, the stain was still there as if it had not been touched. I didnt bring this in for a general cleaning, just stain removal. I contacted Nu-Yale once I discovered that the stain was still there and after they gave me a really hard time about it, offered to re-do the service. But noted that I signed a disclosure. I advised them I was told upon dropping it off that the stain would be NO ISSUE and the disclosure was in case the actual item was damaged. I just picked it up again, from the 2nd cleaning and the stain is STILL THERE. At this point, Im not going to call or go back because they were not receptive to having an open conversation about it the first time. Its MUD. Its not blood, red wine, etc. and this honestly makes no sense. So now, Im going to go home stain treat and wash it myself since the professionals didnt seem to get the job done. Extremely frustrated.

1 week leadtime for getting pants hemmed. 3 weeks later they still haven't touched my pants. I was promised on the 22nd that it would take 2 weeks at the most. Spend your money elsewhere if you need alterations.
