Horrible management. Very argumentative and unfair. Do not like kids here and complain about every and anything they charge double lot rent and at one point was paying 1000 for lot rent and water and sewer. When I was told it was included in rent. Constantly being harassed about my household and always trying to take my trailer from me. When I go through a chain of command nothing gets done and they literally do not do anything about anything . Roto Ritter is always here and water is off twice a week. If they do not like you they will over charge you for water usage or whatever they can until you are no longer able to afford it just so they can evict you and take your trailer. Argumentative about everything and refuse to fix the problems in the park. Management is very unprofessional and goes to other tenants and talks people business. I was getting charged 1000 when I was on a dummy meter. Ive paid rent in which management did not apply my rent and ended up having to pay again. Then I had to seek assistance and they charged double of what was owed to the Agency that assisted me in helping paying rent so instead of owing them 1129 like the eviction paper stated they charged the agency 3000 for rent and then charged me in the same month for lot rent again . Very unfair treatment and when I asked about a new trailer I was told there wasnt anymore but several new ones came in and those are cheaper than paying for the older one I actually owned and the refused to allow me to upgrade. THEY DO NOT-LIKE KIDS, very stressful community. Sipped bumps are not intact Ed in road properly my kids have fallen several times over there lack of fixing things for safety. I do no know how they stay up with codes and getting not getting fined
