By the time I arrived at the branch, Jyl Robbins, Branch Manager at SYB Jeffersonville, had been working from home to freeze the account, to stop this thief. Jyl had also started the process to open a new account.
Before I left the branch, another attempt was made to steal from the account.
For the next several days, Jyl Robbins monitored our account, even over the weekend. In my mind, Jyl went over, and above, to help with any issues, questions, etc.
I'm not a banker. I am a hairdresser. Having people like Jyl Robbins and LeAnne Scott in our corner, certainly makes me feel comfortable, and secure doing business with SYB.
