image went for a tooth filling, and it was absolutely botched. When I called they said pain was normal but a hole was left unfilled, the filling is very low quality that it has fallen out and I cant even brush my own teeth without being in pain.
Edit: This is the correct place, I was told I could still be a pt, since I am in school, been going here since I was a kid. I found a new dentist, never coming back.

Ma'am I think you may have the wrong facility. This is a pediatric dental office. We only treat children and special health care need adults. I don't think you fall into either one of those categories. But we would more than happy to give you a referral to a general dentist that would be able to help you! We know some amazing ones!

image DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTISTIC CHILD HERE. Went it for an emergency appointment due to my autistic son stopping eating. Turns out he has a cavity nearly to the root. He has reflux so it makes it worse. They can't get him in til APRIL. Even though he's in pain and refusing to eat. They told us to give him antibiotics and ibuprofen until it's time for the sedation. Any fellow parent of an autistic child knows the pain it is to hold your child down for an hour and attempt to medicate them. It's just not possible to the two month extent they want. They sent my 3 year old home in pain, THEY WOULD'NT EVEN GIVE ME A REFFERAL for anywhere else. We also found out they gave him the prescription he was on for a sinus infection last week and told us this will help... clearly if last week he was on this same medication and he's still crying in pain it's not helping. So they clearly love money more than anything else because why would you not refer a child out in pain somewhere else if you don't have the time to do it when it clearly needs to be done? They said they only do sedations two days a week and this is NOT an emergency, I asked what is then? They said a tooth coming out. So I guess not eating, crying all day from pain isn't bad enough for them. I just know if it were their child they NEVER would've suggested we even wait this long
UPDATE: the comment back from the buisness is a lie. We DID communicate he wasn't eating. That's what we told the receptionist and why we were able to get an appointment so quickly.... you know because you need to eat to live.... my husband told them at the appointment. Whether the staff told the dentist is not my problem. He's been on meds for a sinus infection, so if you could've done the procedure today why wouldn't you?? He's in pain, at home crying. At the end of the day, the antibiotics don't need two months to work. I shouldn't have to tell the office I need to go somewhere else just to get my child's pain relieved. You would think medical professionals would know that autistic clients aren't always compliant and it's hard to medicate them. So asking me to do this for 2 months is insane. Is my son's pain really not an emergency??? He has to cry everyday for two months? Antibiotics and ibuprofens are barely touching his pain. I HAD TO CALL BACK AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TI GET HIM ON THE CANCELLATION LIST NIT YIU ALL

We are truly sorry you feel this way. I do not believe the adult with your child communicated everything you are saying in your review, and you were not here to communicate it, so many things we were unaware of, like the sinus infection/antibiotic situation, not eating, etc. We would have prescribed him something else if we had known and would still be happy to do so. I am sorry that we are booked out until April for the particular appointment your child needs. We treat a lot of children in our community and every child we see is our number one concern. I believe it was communicated to you that we could put you on our cancellation list and if a sooner appointment became available, we would call you. I believe it was also communicated that you were welcome to get treatment from any pediatric dentist that could get you in sooner. We don't usually refer to other pediatric dentist for certain procedures because we are unsure if they offer those services, but you are welcome to call around. Again we would be more than happy to give you a list of local pediatric dentist in the area for you to call. Lastly, we do not want you to feel like we do not care that your little one is in pain or all we care about is money. If that were the case we would have just did the procedure today. At the end of the day, we are all mothers too and we just want to deliver good quality care in a loving environment in hopes of preventing as much trauma to the children as possible. Any time an antibiotic is prescribed, it is usually for the best interest of your child, in order to get that bacterial load down enough for the numbing medication to work, so the procedure is not painful. We understand your plight with dealing with your child's medical condition, and we are willing to do anything we can to help your child get the care he needs in the times we have available. Please feel free to call us if you would like to discuss further.
