The Woods Apartments

The Woods is a quiet place to be! We love that they added a nature path to walk to Meijer/ Kohls. The office ladies are very nice and always willing to help. Maintenance is very fast and usually has the issue taken care of within 24 hours. Id definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Hey everybody! I have worked at, The Woods, for about 6 months now. I never knew this complex existed before I was hired on the team. The Woods has its own small town feel. Being located in an area with full grown trees and shrubbery makes it even more comfortable. The Woods was a perfect name for sure. The management team are great to work with and are awesome at managing the property. The owners really put forth effort on keeping things clean and well maintained with no limits to quality. If your ever considering apartment living with a quiet, secluded, relaxing country style feel, come check us out.

I just moved to The Woods Apartments, some time in June, 2022, so that I can have a 12 month lease, with The Woods Apartments complex; Stephanie and Karen, the ladies at the Office are very well versed in the Business and are very customer service oriented. The second floor apartment has a lot of fresh air, coming from the window and other door, which is good. I was made aware of the Apartment complex, thru or from another customer in The Woods Apartment complex, which led me to know about the place, and in doing so, I did apply, and now, I live close to the Job that I have, as, the same, as the other person, who told me about this place, we both work in the same company, in Jeffersonville, IN. (Freudenberg Medical) The medical company that develops medical devices, for companies and other entities, High Tech, at its best. Innovation, creativity and a lot of enginners, running around the halls of the company, The walking talent, of Freudenbeerg Medical. ( Interested, please google it, and maybe apply, to see, if it is a good match, for a Job, or a great Job, your choice! Cheers! The convenience of the location, plus the variety of services, that the Apartment complex offers are great, almost everything is 10 minutes away, in one way or another. Safety, parking, laundry, fresh air and great renovation items at the aprtment, which I am staying, at, right now, is enough to be happy, and relax for the days to come. There are rules and procedures, like in any other place, so, the overall experience is a positive one. From Louisville to Jeffersonville, just across the river, to a quiet apartment, at The Woods Apartments. Stay tune, for the next 12 months, for other reviews, as they evolve. I have lived in units here in The Woods since December 2019 and I absolutely love it. I first rented a one bedroom. It was a large unit and the neighbors were great. When I wanted a place with a washer and dryer hookup I relocated to a townhouse. I can't express how happy I am living here. Quite neighbors, units are a nice size, rent is affordable, maintenance is completed in a timely manner and the office staff is great.
