      image This bank is the worst!!!! I have been coming g here since high school and have had nothing but problems. Heather is so mean, rude, and disrespectful, it's to the point of me switching banks. My card was somehow "stolen" (still had it) and was used in another state....well they canceled my card and never told me about the activity or it being canceled. When I finally tried to you use, it was declined and heather answered the phone of course....she was extremely rude about the whole situation and spoke to me as if I was stupid. Yesterday $1087 was ILLEGALLY taken out of my account and she was at her all time most rude. She said it was the bank's right to take my money to pay off someone else's account. Well they found out they were wrong and had to put the money back in my account and I NEVER ONCE received an apology. This is only a couple of the bad instances from this bank....DO NOT BANK HERE!!!
