Fast friendly service. Reasonable prices. Got a difficult stain out.

I am a military member and I used them to sew on rank insignia and service stripes. I was promised that they knew what they were doing and they had a contract through Grissom. The first time I took my uniforms back I returned them because they were crooked and wrinkled. The second time I received them they werent sewed on all the way and they were still crooked and wrinkled. (See Photo). I was offered to bring them back a third time but I declined. The front desk was very polite and understanding. The issue was that I was for some reason required to pay cash for the alterations service but also able to pay with my card for the cleaning service. It didnt feel all that sketchy until I realized how poorly my uniforms were done. I write this as a warning to other service members who are considering using their alterations service. I have since sent my uniforms out of state to a trusted alterations place that I have used before and they recommended that I get new uniforms due to how poorly the insignia were sewed/glued on.
