THE WORST! Had a lady CANCEL my account the same day my rent was due. The mobile app is AWFUL and constantly having problems that the workers dont know how to fix. The front desk ladies kept me on hold as they lied about there manager being in a meeting and told me it would be HOURS before I could talk with her. I drove there just to find the manager in her office alone eating!! And there overdraft fees are $35 when you go negative in your account with also an additional $5 per day that your account is negative! Was with this bank for 7+ years and regret all of it. Julie is the only good part about this bank.
