    When I walked in to my first appointment at this office I stood there for a moment until I had to walk up to someone to ask for help and check in. Im giving two stars because the tech was so nice and very competent at her job. My time with her was over 5 minutes then I was led into the eye exam room. The doctor quickly introduced herself and I was rushed into the seat. I barely remember her asking me any questions because she went straight to doing the thing where you read the letters and then she started flipping the different lenses in front of my eyes. She was going so fast and kept saying that looks better, this looks better like she was using me eyes! At one point I said yes it is a little better but it doesnt feel right. She then explained that Im just that age now, 40time to get bifocals. I was very surprised because Im not struggling that much to see distances I only had reading glasses prior to my appointment which she didnt even look at! My time with the doctor was definitely less than 5 minutes before I was rushed out and the doctor let with it only is going to get worse! Well great, thanks doctor for being so positive. She seemed as if she just wanted me out of there. Makes sense though since this is a corporation who hires doctors so they can make money off patients. Yesterday I got my glasses which I called about because it as a week and I had heard nothing. Someone answered the phone and they were like oh yeah theyre here now! Didnt you get a text message? I did not until after I spoke with the front office person. I picked up my glasses at the office and put them on and they definitely did not feel right! The doctor wasnt even there to show you how to use your damn bifocals and to check it they are correct. I also did not receive my prescription which is against the law not to give those to patients even if they dont ask for it! Going back to get these changed to just reading glasses and I swear they better not make me pay for their mistake.

    Dr. Tavel the actual Store experience went OK it's the lab for me. Takes Month Or more to receive my glasses The staff tries to make it right.

    I did not have a good experience. First time ever going there. No one greeted me as I walked in I didnt know where I was supposed to go to talk to someone, no one seemed like they were interested in talking to me when I walked in. Everyone was all over the place no one was informative. Dr. Seemed very scatter brained and was talking so fast. Felt like I was being rushed out. When she was asking me questions and when I didnt answer one right away because I was thinking and had literally just walked into the room, asked me the question a second time and said Im needing to get this information out of you because we are starting late. I arrived to my appointment on time and even early. And I was the only patient in the office at the time. No one else came in the whole time I was there. I had to bring my 1 year old with me (he was in a stroller) and everyone just seemed annoyed that I had my child with me. When I asked if I was getting glasses the other girl said oh I didnt know you wanted to do that because she never asked. And when she verified my insurance covered a paid then said well do you want to look at some glasses I said no because I was ready to get out of that office the way everyone was treating me didnt make me feel comfortable to even look at any glasses. 0/10 will not return
