        My cell phone screen was cracked but phone working just fine. Took my phone to this establishment to have screen replaced. They had to order the screen and had the phone for a few days. When we got the phone back it was acting very strange! Would go back and forth between apps and start typing on its own. Took it back to them and of course the phone acted fine! There was a major language issue ! The guy working at the kiosk did not understand what we were trying to tell him and he ended up calling his boss. My husband talked to the boss on the phone and his only suggestion was to turn it off and let it reboot! We ended up taking the phone to a place in Lafayette who replaced the screen with certified Samsung parts and it is under warranty! Lesson learned! Will never go back to this business again!!
