Josh started out well informed and professional. It was clear he had looked into the aspects of our unique property and had answers to all our questions. He was honest and gave sound advice with good reason. As the seller, our main goal is to sell and get what we ask for. Period. Our respect and awe for Josh came from witnessing his attentiveness to the buyers. Buyers have far more personal needs to be met. They need the perfect home for their life. Its not just a house someone buys. Purchasing a home is a future of happiness and peace. Not everyone is well versed in modern technology. Many of us need to be taught and made to feel confident in the selling process of a home. Josh walked us all through the process with the support and assistance of a professional friend. Both Josh and Andrea worked with us to sell our country home. They were very knowledgeable about what markets were most interested, how to favorably stage our home, and what kind of minor repairs needed done. Their real estate photos were absolutely top-notch, also. They were very knowledgeable about prices the market supported in our area and were patient about our many questions throughout the process.
