We love our apartment. First time on a smaller place, a 1 bd, but it is very spacious. Office staff from the Manager Randez to leasing agent Sarah and maintenance crew are great. Can't complain..

The maintenance man came to change a hvac filter because I noticed excessive dust in my apartment. I watched him install the filter but never took an old filter out. Apparently there was no filter in the hvac system and now I spent a month with hours of cleaning and dusting, not to mention unclean air for no reason. How can you not check to see if the filter is clean or even there before renting a $1500 a month apartment? I am editing this review I have been here for 3 months now and I must say the apartment building is disgusting. I have pictures of dog feces in two different occasions the hallways are never cleaned the entrance way is disgusting they will not give you more than one key unless you pay a $75 fee. So I cannot even have family over to stay and if they do they're not able to leave and lock behind them they do offer for $100 per night a separate room to rent. Which now I understand why. The family upstairs has a little child that's constantly running around at 3 and 4:00 in the morning you can hear it loud I've complained but they do nothing about it. To rent a garage is $150 per month. Which is added to your lease so you cannot change your mind once you least a garage. The back door on the balcony leaks every time we have heavy rains inside the house. A place this expensive should have more housekeeping and much cleaner environment. The stairwells are disgusting and full of animal hair. I am allergic to dogs and every time I walk into the building I get an allergy attack. The neighbor upstairs and to the right of me has a dog that is constantly barking outside on the balcony I have complained three times and they do nothing about it. There is nothing luxurious about this complex. Do not waste your money. You can rent a 2 or 3 bedroom house for the same money. I've been living here now for 5 months and it's been nothing but hell the hallways are still nasty, I get an asthma attack every time I step out into the hallway they have not been swept but once since I've been here. And now they're trying to get me to purchase their liability insurance even though I showed proof of my liability insurance also known as renters insurance when I moved in. I paid for 1 years worth of liability insurance with my company and gave them the proof. Now they are saying that if I do not opt out I will be charged almost $15 a month for their liability insurance. This place is a scam people move in and out all the time. I will keep updating as I go I am definitely not renewing my lease. It is february 2024. And this is an update to my situation. Now they are starting to charge people $14 a month for liability insurance even if you originally showed a policy of renters insurance to them. Stairwells are still nasty the parking lot has garbage in it. The people on the front desk are very rude. And they expected me to go to a website and fill out a bunch of information in order to opt out from a liability insurance policy. They are forcing people to take this liability policy. A couple weeks ago I also had the maintenance man barge into my apartment while I was sleeping even though I never gave them permission. I went to complain and the manager of the building said that I would have to give permission for them to not come into the apartment first. This is unheard of. She was arguing with me about it. I plan on filing a small claims suit against the company for $5,000 as soon as my lease is up because I'm afraid of retaliation. Also I come home around 2:00 a.m. and the hallway smells like a garbage dump because they have the tenants leave their garbage out in the hallway which is enclosed. I am embarrassed to have people come over because of the bad smell. 3/17/2024 update, I spoke to a couple that were just moving out, they told me they were charged a.fee for having their Christmas tree up 2 weeks after Christmas. I guess According to the lease you can only keep decorations up for 1 week after the holiday. Yet the hallways and stairwells are filthy, the hallways smell like a garbage dump. The call box is also broken.

This place sucks. The people who work there are a joke and rude. They need to hire all new staff who don't walk into your apartment unannounced. I would never live here or suggest any of my friends living here.
