        Went into your dealership at 2:30 on cold Saturday afternoon wanting to look at an Envision. Our Salesman George, was not only pleasant and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable and accommodating to both my husband and myself. Needless to say, we LOVED the car and decided to move forward with the purchase. We were completely amazed at how smooth and headache free the whole process was, getting out of the dealership and on the road enjoying our new car before 4:00. Thank you Sauers!!

        Staff was friendly & good to work with, price was fair, owner was very cordial. Our disappointment came when one of the tires on our $47k purchase went flat, before we even got our vehicle home, and no solution to resolve it could be offered. Instead we were told that we should have purchased the tire protection plan and were left with a $368 bill.
