Maple City Dentistry

Not a good first impression. After reading about the rebranding (and wondering why this is big news) I called for new patient appointment. 3x over 15 minutes and got no answer and no voice message. Against my better judgement I tried a fourth time a got a kind sounding voice on the other end who drilled me on the reason for a new patient appointment. After many questions about my elderly parent on whose behalf i was calling, I was informed theyre really not accepting new patients. What the heck does that mean - they are or they arent and oh, by the way, all the listings on google say accepting new patients. Am happy to move on from this organization and find someone else.

Posting 10-2020 Whole place very clean, extra measures are being taken for covid-19 still. Staff was friendly and professional. Hygienist did a great job cleaning my cleaning my teeth.

I havent been to a dentist in a few years, but I recently lost a filling and called for a appointment. They got me in as fast as the schedule could allow. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.

I had a good experience at the office. The personnel were courteous and Dr. Val great. They took care of me right away. I appreciate all there efforts.
