Apache=my new mechanic. Loved everything about my experience. Maria is from the old neighborhood where I grew up and I know the work ethic there. Haven't found much of it here. Thank you so much for fixing my car. I'll definitely be back. My son will also have you service his "baby". Gracias.

Not really sure what to think.... In February 2023, I had been having issues with my Corolla that I thought was probably the fuel pump. I looked for a mechanic shop, and based on the reviews I looked at , decided to take my car to Apache. I had looked up fuel pump prices on google, and they ranged from $79 - $169 for a new pump. I had the car towed to Apache and they performed the work, it did indeed need a new fuel pump. I was charged $75 for towing (reasonable), $739.99 for the fuel pump, $180 for labor and diagnostic. I thought that was excessively pricey for the pump, but the car drove fine and everything worked right. Fast-forward to last week. The car started doing the same thing as before. I had called Apache for an oil change about 3 weeks ago, had to leave a message, but never heard back from them. Because of that, I had the car towed to a different garage that I had used previously. They got the car running fine, for $175. I asked them what was wrong, they said they looked at the fuel pump connections, and they were terribly corroded and dirty. All they did was clean up all the connections. I told them that I had had the fuel pump replaced in February, and their response was, "no way". The fuel pump, connections, and just the way everything looked told them that the fuel pump was original, never worked on, and certainly not replaced. Not sure who to believe on this one, or what to think. But I do know that I have one of the most expensive fuel pumps in the area, and I did my part to help the local economy.
