        We got 2 smoothies bowls and asked to substitute strawberries instead of gogi berries, we never ended up getting the strawberries, they just left them out completely. Then we try to enjoy our bowls anyway and they were literally frozen solid. DISAPPOINTED AND ANNOYED.

        I normally do not give negative reviews on social media but i am making an exception based on the extremely unprofessional and rude interaction I just experienced. I pulled into drive thru and was told there was a 5-10 min wait, i said ok, thinking it would be a wait for smoothie - not understanding that they would not take my order for 5-10 mins, as ive never experienced that any where, when i asked what that meant someone in the back was yelling, and cussing because i asked what that meant. I was prepared to wait , i dont mind waiting. What i mind is the rudeness of the staff. The girl on the mic laughing at the inappropriate comments of the other employee! Will never go to this establishment ever again! They should reprimanded or let go and start new!!

        I love there smoothies and also I love their fruit cups it takes a liitle long to get the smoothie and the fruit cups but still 5 stars!
