I love this company. We knew what we wanted in a system as we had a Kinetico at our last house. Fred is awesome! His training and education of what I was buying was very detailed. The customer service this organization provided to my family was great too!

Just got great service from Aim. They were at my house within 45 minutes and fix my problem. Mark was awesome and very friendly.!

We signed up for salt delivery when we purchased our softner in October. The first delivery was great! However when the new year came around I received 3 different calendar schedules all with different delivery dates. Finally got that straightened out with Danielle, with delivery scheduled for March 21, but the driver had one of the other schedules and showed up in February, and we didn't need salt. March 21 my husband I and sat home all day, as of 3:30 pm no delivery, so I called. There was a note that driver was here at 1:08 p.m. and no answer at the door. Person I spoke with called manager and set-up a delivery for 1st thing in the morning on the 22nd; I called at 10:30 a.m. because they hadn't been here. Called Aim again, only to find out they have us with 2 accounts - different addresses - Danielle called the driver to find out where he was; the person I spoke to on the 21st called me back to apologize that she assigned it to the wrong driver, could they deliver on Wednesday. Needless to say I said no, sitting around 2 days should have been sufficient and canceled all future deliveries. AIM will not be getting any referrals from us in the future.
