This place is a joke. They don't have one-on-one sessions if you come in on a volunteer basis they will still hold you for 72 hours and will not let you leave if you ask. When it is time to leave after you sign your release form they hold you for 2 hours before they will let you go. The people at the front desk have no clue what is going on. The nurses in the back will not listen to the patient when they have a question. If it was my opinion you would have a better experience anywhere else but here. The therapist who is supposed to help does nothing really besides prescribe meds and just hope that works for you. If I could they would get Zero stars.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My husband and I enrolled our son, expecting treatment and assessment for depression and anxiety. He went for three days, we withdrew him on the fourth. During that time, we were promised 5 phone calls with updates on our son. Those promised phone calls do not include the family meeting we were supposed to be contacted to set up for the end of that week. No one gave us updates when he was dropped off or picked up. On the third day, my husband expressed his concern with the lack of communication and all the front desk employee would repeat is, Participation is strictly voluntary. She said it THREE times without addressing his concerns. After talking with our son, we realized he was either unaware he was being assessed (he was not introduced to whomever was evaluating him properly) or very little time was being given to address any of our concerns. On the fourth day we decided to send our son back to school. We requested his medical records and sought assessment elsewhere. Today, his records came in the mail, addressed to the wrong name. While I was reading the notes we had to show for three whole days, I found a document containing ANOTHER patients personal health information at the end of the packet. I am COMPLETELY dumbfounded. Dont waste your time.
