We had an excellent young lady helping us out and she was very informative about all the products and pieces that were sold there. Definitely recommend.

This was one of the worst store experiences I have ever had. I was told I was aloud to return or exchange an item from an employee since I was buying for a costume and I was unsure if it would work. She said I could return or exchange them if I came in before 5pm to work with the manager and if there was no signs of wear. I worked with Lisa the store manager. She was extremely dismissive and rude. I began to explain what happened and she cut me off and said the rest of the story doesnt matter you cant get your money back. I asked her to please stop speaking over me and she continued to interrupt. Then she had the audacity to say who buys shoes and doesnt wear them? I explained a lot of people do. I am waiting for a call back from corporate I have never felt more dismissed and disrespected from a PAID employee at a store. She doesnt belong in customer service. She was unkind from the start. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I will update when corporate reaches back out to me.

I worked here . But I had to quite cause of my health and Lisa wouldn't let me sit down . But I loved the customers .
