The online application and leasing steps were quick, efficient, and stress free.
The communication with my leasing consultant, Denea was PERFECTION. Most of our interaction was through email, but I never had to wait long to receive a response to every question I had, and there were a lot. She was attentive, patient, and helpful with every little thing. Best of all, this lovely lady had such an amazing attitude.
The day of move in I was lucky to meet all three of the leasing staff, and they were so great. All upbeat and pleasant, with the brightest smiles, and sincerity. I just cant say enough about how attitude effects an experience like this, and you absolutely will not be disappointed. Carisa, the property manager, and Denea, and Connor, the leasing consultants hit it out of the park with first impressions.
I had two small hiccups with minor fixes once I was in the apartment. I called the office and Connor answered my call. He literally had maintenance at my home in less than 15 MINUTES!! This type of attentiveness is unheard of.
The maintenance staff member, Armando, did a quick fix with both issues, was in and out, but again, the BEST ATTITUDE. He was just as friendly, had a smile, and we had a nice little chat about the property and staff.
This is a complete 180 experience from other properties in the past. I keep feeling so blessed I was able to grab one of these units.
I highly recommend you get on the waitlist here IMMEDIATELY. You will not be disappointed.
