        . UPDATE 12/12/2023 The new manager sent me a very nice email introducing herself and offering to replace the carpet in the bedrooms at my convenience. All I need to do is call her and explain my concerns with my unit. I recommend Cypress Square to anyone that wants an upgraded apartment with new floors, appliances and large washer and dryers. Units are large 1 and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is especially large. (convenient if you have a litter box.) All my neighbors have been very friendly and quiet over the past several years. I have lived in an apartment for the last 35 years and I have been the happiest here. Thank you, for your response, management. Now, i continue to look forward to the future here. A+ 3/1/2024 Maintenance was here today to fix a leaking toilet. He explained everything to me. Especially when he had to to run to Menards. It took him approximately 30 minutes. He explained the final details to me and was out the door. He did a great job as far as I can tell. He even cleaned up the mess on floor. He is always pleasant and explains what he has to do to fix the situation. He has been several years and I hope he is here for years to come. I truly trust him. 3/8/24 I called about our show not working properly, and 5 minutes later maintenance was at the door with a new shower head in his hands. Minutes later he came out of the bathroom and said, "there you go ". You can't have it any better than that. Working great .
