Shenedoah was my first apartment ever and Im glad I chose here to live! They have been great to me and communicate very efficiently and promptly. Kendra was major help as well!

A friend of mine put her app in and paid the application fee. They told her it would be 6-12 months on the list for both, Shenandoah and Hawthorn. She was approved, but here we are a year and a half later and no one has reached out to her, even when they had openings and were taking apps again. Did they just take her money or are they going to be professional about it and let her know something? Its not like the app fee is cheap.

Our experience with Shenandoah has been absolutely amazing! The apartments are really kept up nicely, any maintenance concern we have had has been dealt with immediately and efficiently. We have had amazing communication with the staff with any questions we have had. The complex feels super safe and the price is incredible. We will be moving shortly due to outgrowing our space but we could not leave without saying how amazing our experience has been. The maintenance team had to come and replace our water heater that was leaking while I was in labor, and they were super respectful and very encouraging. Ever since then they have been so kind and helpful when they see me out with my baby (carried my trash to the dumpster once when they saw I was struggling). We love the staff here so much and are so sad to be leaving! We will always be thankful that this was our familys first home!
