Amelia Place Apartments

I havent visited this place yet, just passed by a number of times on my bike. It looks nice from the outside, or at least Im sure it will once they get everything finished and put in some landscaping. Based on their website they look like really nice apartments. I just hope they dont pull the tried and true relatively inexpensive rents the first year and then suddenly jack up the price and drive all the existing tenants out, like whats happening where I live. This area needs more decent apartment complexes but I just dont see why theyre all so expensive - they love to call themselves luxury but all that really means is new appliances and a few community amenities that no one will probably use. But hey, maybe this place will be different! Fingers crossed.
