        The staff is amazing. Ive lived in a few apartments but I have to say this is the 1st one Ive lived at. That twice a month they either do dinner or breakfast. They also throw the apartment community a thanksgiving dinner and u can bring who u want. Maintenance is always there when u need them. I also like the fact that u can get some lots to have a garden. Just cant say enough how amazing the staff are.

        After a warm welcome, my boyfriend and I were given a tour of the model apartment. We thought the staff were so nice and the place looked so good that we decided to move here! Can't wait to experience everything Foxfire has to offer. The little fox statues scattered around are undeniably one of my favorite parts of the property. My only wish is that there were pictures of the different apartment models, rather than just the layouts. Nevertheless, it seems like a great place to live and a great location! Can't wait.

        While the staff is amazing, and the apartment's are maintained. The appliances are old and use a lot of electricity. Don't use Duke Energy while living here or you will pay 500 plus a month!

We have pictures on our computers of all the different floor plans without any furniture in them, so if you would like to come into the office and see those, we would love to show you the pictures!       Jeremy, thank you for the kind words about the staff and how we maintain the units. Regarding the electric bill, Duke Energy is the only electric provider that we have here. That being said, a $500 bill is an extremely high amount for a monthly bill here. Electric bills vary based off each resident's usage; however, a $500 bill is almost unheard of here. I live here in a Esprit floor plan (2 bed, 2 bath, 1,058sqft) and my average electric bill has been $160.03/month over the past 23 months. Since we are totally electric (which means no gas bill), each person's electric bill has many varying factors related to how much they use their appliances, lights, what they set their thermostat at, size of unit, direction the unit faces, if they leave their blinds open or closed, etc.. While we do have some older appliances, when they were purchased, they were considered "energy efficient" and nowadays newer doesn't always mean it works better. If there is anything you would like our maintenance staff to come and double check or look at, please let us know as they'd be happy to come make sure everything is running properly.
