I called and asked to speak to the hiring manager. As I was talking he rudely interrupted me and asked for my credit card information. I responded with excuse me? He then said its $350 an hour to talk to him on the phone and hung up on me. You honestly cant make this horrendous customer service experience up. Unprofessional, rude, and disingenuous.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! they failed to do anything about a neighbor who smokes spice and cigarettes on the inside stairs, who broke a communal window and punched holes in the communal walls, who has called me homophobic slurs and has physically threatened me. He just got out of jail for physically assaulting an old man. The communal window has been broken for 3+ months even after I have asked them to fix it. I asked them to install an exterior door lock on the building, and when they finally did it, it was an interior-style lock that you must lock from the inside every time you enter the building. I have dealt with drug addicts entering my building because of the improper lock, and previously no lock. A man was sleeping on the stairs outside my apartment door. Note the crack pipe and spice pipe in the pictures. My life has been miserable since I have lived in this unit on New York Street. I have called the office repeatedly, and they have done nothing- they do not care whatsoever about the safety of the tenants.
