        Apparently they have a new 24 hour policy that they fail to tell you in there website. They charge ur card if u cancel or reschedule when some people don't know if they work overtime till they get to work that morning so it's impossible to cancel or reschedule 24 hrs ahead. So basically they're stealing people's money. What a lovely place.
