Southwire

I had a interview with HR lady. I was last to introduce myself and talk about my job experience so I said concrete, construction then the HR lady said " if you worked construction you probably won't make it here" this was very unprofessional and disrespectful not to mention NEGATIVE I thought but I tried to finish my introduction and kept it short. As a representative of Southwire I expect a little more professionalism because I just did meet this lady and I wasn't rude or negative to her. Now I see why Southwire has a lot of turnover. This HR lady needs zero stars.

Im here at Southwire after hours, and I want to publicly announce A. Pickett who is the shot caller (the man calling the shots) who went out of his way to help me and the company I drive for. He resolved an issue(s) and used his personal time to see it through to completion. Southwire is fortunate to have him on their roster. Hats off to you Mr. Pickett and thanks Southwire.
