Laffayet, IN location let us down. We rented a car to go on vacation to TX/Mexico. We got all the way down there before realizing the tires were bald. We tried calling got sent in circles. Their Roadside assist never answered (almost 2 hrs on hold). No one would tell us if we would be reimbursed to put tiers on it. The Discount tire near by said they were unsafe to drive. The local budget there said there was nothing he could do or approve, (not even swap our car). We got it back to Indiana and they said, "oh sorry to hear that, I can Discount you $50 from your rental" $50 for putting me and my family in danger. Thanks budget.

Buyer Beware!!! Rented through Costco, arrived at Micah Rowlands Sagamore Pkw Budget, to be told we were 1.5 hours over noon pick up time, no car available. We were at Purdue Graduation, and missed our flight out of Chicago as a result. Told by Destiny (employee) this was a systemic problem, they dont have enough cars. Cost us a lot of $$$$ - shame on Budget,Costco and Micah Rowland (owner)
