Started out well but a few cleanings in they began to skip over things, not move things, sweep but not mop floors, didn’t even wipe down kitchen counters…… even after I called and made them aware, same things continued to happen.

Pink Team Cleaning is the best commercial cleaning company in the Greater-Lafayette area. No one will come close to their efficiency and professionalism in terms of commercial and industrial-grade cleaning services. Their service pricing is also extremely competitive and equitable. There is high value and ROI in any dollar you spend to obtain their services.
I speak from experience of having to source cleaning services for a mid-sized business in this area (and other parts of the country) and witnessing the failure of no less than three cleaning business prior to Pink Team Cleaning. Their staff are diligent and do an excellent and thorough job. They are also much faster than at least three of their major competitors. Their staff retain enough professional decorum as not to lament about the job to the client, unlike at least two other cleaning services large enough to serve offices of a hundred or more staff in this area. You will also never have to deal with them not being able to perform contractual duties because they do not have staff to fill-in for a sick associate (this cannot be said for at least two of Pink Team Cleanings major competitors).
Despite how busy she is, Alejandra Malo, the owner, takes the time and care to deal with each customer, especially when they contact her for help or anything related to the service her company provides. She treats everyone with dignity and respect (staff and customers alike). Her kind heart, intelligence, and professionalism far exceed anyone else who owns and/or manages a professional cleaning service in Tippecanoe, Carroll, and White counties. She is so proactive that she will be cognisant of any deficit in cleaning supplies your office may need and notify before the last of the toilet paper is used and you have to deal with irate workers.
If you must seek a vendor for cleaning services, especially if you are a large office/facility, do not waste your time with other cleaning services in this area (unless you like wasting time & energy and want to bang your head against your keyboard). I guarantee you will save yourself a lot of hassle, time, and headache by securing cleaning services from Pink Team Cleaning. Ad nauseam, their service prices and contracts are extremely reasonable. And, once they understand the needs of your business, it will be painless, seamless, and pleasant for you to maintain your office environment. You will only have to worry about paying the invoice which they also make simple. You cannot figuratively and literally afford to contract services with another cleaning-service vendor.
